This seed, gluten free and packed with protein and fiber, is so darn versatile.  
You can prepare it as a sweet or savory dish.  

ingredients--to taste and as much as you need
quinoa
peppers (red, yellow, orange)
kale
fresh lemon juice
lemon zest
extra virgin olive oil
salt
